This 17 inch replacement pad driver is made to fit on the now discontinued EDIC TORO multi-surface orbital floor machine. This driver can be used for many different applications including buffing, scrubbing, stripping, and sanding. It can also be used on any surface, including carpet, but wood and hard surface floors are where it excels.
